Whatever your repair requirements, here at Uphill we aim to make customers feel at ease with the accident repair process. We want customers to be completely satisfied with the quality and speed of repair, we don't want to turn a drama into a crisis! If you wish we will assist by liaising directly with your Insurance Company or Broker in an effort to bring the repair process to both a speedy and satisfactory conclusion.

Our Bodyshop team are trained to offer friendly help and advice on the whole repair process, including free quotations for whatever work is required and free courtesy cars for the duration of your vehicle repairs.

Remember YOU have the choice of where your car is repaired and not the Insurance Company.

Here are some useful tips on what to do in the event of an accident:

  • Keep calm and be careful what you say
  • Call 999 if emergency services are needed
  • Exchange names, addresses and insurer's details
  • Note everything you can - witnesses, vehicles, location, damage, accident circumstances
  • Be sure to note the make, model, colour and registration number of every vehicle involved
  • Draw a sketch of the scene - take photographs if possible
  • Note the exact location of your vehicle
